The Trail Run

The Annual Trail Run at Eagle Mountain Park

Saturday, October 17, 2026
Presented by Luke’s Locker Fort Worth

Tucked away on the edge of Fort Worth, Eagle Mountain Park is a true hidden gem offering real elevation, winding dirt trails, and sweeping views that make every climb worth it.

This event is a throwback to trail running’s roots: no chips, no clocks, just you and the trail. Participants keep their own time, record it at the finish, and are rewarded with a handcrafted ceramic mug filled with pancakes hot off the grill, our signature finisher prize.

CHOOSE YOUR ADVENTURE

  • 5-ish mile trail run

  • 2-ish mile hike

  • 2-ish mile youth hike - Girl Scouts led

Both routes offer a challenging and rewarding way to experience one of Fort Worth’s most scenic trail systems, followed by a lively post-run celebration.

  • 🥞 Pancakes, hot coffee, and trailside treats

  • 👟 HOKA trail shoe demos on rugged terrain
