As the year draws to a close, Streams & Valleys invites you to reflect on the beauty of the Trinity River and its trails that bring our community closer to nature. We are especially grateful to our friends, Jim and Marlene Beckman, for their generous $30,000 donation to Streams & Valleys. Their support continues our mission to protect, enhance and celebrate our treasured river and trails.

 

This month Streams & Valleys has a unique opportunity to TRIPLE the Beckman’s impact. An Anonymous donor has pledged an additional $30,000 if we can match that by raising $30,000 through this year-end campaign. That is a $90,000 impact! We graciously ask for your support by making a donation to Streams & Valleys today. Together, we can preserve these vital resources for future generations to enjoy.

 

Since 1969, Streams & Valleys has helped achieve remarkable milestones—over 125 miles of trail for runners, walkers and cyclists; clean waterways for rowing; and peaceful green space for enjoying nature. We are excited about the future, including development of the Bomber Spur Trail connecting the Trinity River’s Clear Fork to the West Fork; and the implementation of the Trinity Park Landscape and Trail Enhancement at the Phyllis J. Tilley Memorial Bridge.
